Harvest Party!

Today we had our Harvest Party! We had lots of fun making extra special crafts, frosting cookies, playing carnival games and Miss Harmony from A.S. Lynch Photography (she used to teach in our threes class) even came and took pictures of us in our costumes!

Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

We had so much fun at Scholz Farm today! It was pretty cold, but we learned all about the farm and got to play and pick out pumpkins! Most importantly - it didn't rain!!!

4s Class Graduation

Congratulations, you are officially Kindergartners! It was so fun to get to know you and watch you learn and grow over the last two years. You have come so far and are definitely ready for Kindergarten! Please come back to visit, we will miss you!!!

Pony Rides

Today Farmland Foto visited and they brought their ponies! All the kids had a turn riding Ranger and getting their picture taken on Oreo! What a fun day :)

Field Trip to the Zoo!!!

To finish off our Zoo Unit, we went on a field trip to the zoo! If anyone has pictures of your children at the zoo, please send them my way so I can add them :) I'm so sad I didn't get more pictures of the kids with animals!

Easter Bunny Salad Bar & Egg Coloring

Today was a very fun day! The kids each brought an item to contribute to the Easter Bunny Salad Bar and they got to go through and load their plates full of healthy snacks! It's amazing how many kids will try something new when it is introduced in a different way :) They also made their own little Easter Baskets and colored eggs to put inside. Happy Easter! Jesus is alive!

Earthquake Drill!

"Healthy Hearts"

In February our unit was all about staying healthy! We talked about all the things that help us stay healthy including eating habits, exercise and the importance of good hygiene! Every Thursday this month the kids wore their exercise gear and got those hearts a-pumpin! Miss Jennifer from "Leaps of Faith" visited and provided a Music & Movement class for the kids. This was a very fun month!

Valentine's Day Party

Miss Katie was so sad to be home sick for the Valentine's Party :( Even more sad that the camera was locked up and she had the key at home! Sorry there are no pictures from this fun day, but I heard that the kids had a blast! If anyone happens to have brought their camera that day or even if you took pictures of your child at home with their Valentines they got from Preschool, please share and I'll upload them!

See's Candy Valentine's Day Fundraiser

Thank you everyone for helping us meet our goal by participating in the See's Candy Fundraiser! It was very successful and the kids earned prizes as well as an Ice Cream party! Way to go parents and kids!
